| Duties: |

|
|
Answer incoming calls from customers for the purposes of resolving problems, providing information, and answering questions while providing a high level of service to our customers.
Must be able to work a 40-hour, five day workweek answering calls on any shift between 8 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Friday and between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekends.
You must be familiar with the various cruise ships and ports of call. |
