Online Accounting Specialists are responsible for keeping an up to date billing system and checking on monthly receivables activity while making sure that the billing, collection, and reporting activities are carried out per specified dates. Looking into and researching customer account details, which include non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. This position may perform daily accounting activities including maintenance of certain general ledger accounts, invoicing, collection and preparation of various financial/management reports.
This position requires that the applicant have extensive experience using Web and Audio conferencing as you will be joining in on meetings and conferences with managers and clients.
Compensation and Benefits: Part time, $10.65 per hour, 3 openings.
